When you submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, and thumbnail description. This information is used only to understand your request, communicate with you, and deliver your design.

Your data is stored securely in our private systems (such as email or internal tools). In the future, we may use a secure backend system to manage form submissions more efficiently. Only authorized team members can access your information.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes.

At Pictarity, we provide custom digital design services including thumbnails and other graphic design work.

We primarily create YouTube thumbnails, but may also provide related design work such as banners, logos, and other graphics upon request.

All work is paid per design. Work begins once payment or confirmation is received. A watermarked preview may be shared before final delivery. The final, unwatermarked version is delivered after completion of payment.

Standard delivery time is within 24 hours, depending on the complexity of the request.

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once the final design is delivered and paid for, full ownership is transferred to the client. Pictarity reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials.
